Influence of Product Quality and After Sales Services on Customer Satisfaction in Mahir Residence Sukabumi

The problem found at Mahir Residence Sukabumi is the emergence of consumer dissatisfaction with products produced by company. thought to have occurred due poor product quality and less than optimal after-sales service. This study aimed determine magnitude effect service on satisfaction. research method used a descriptive associative design causality verification type investigation. data analysis technique uses multiple correlation coefficients, linear regression, coefficient determination, hypothesis testing F test. most dominant variable affecting satisfaction in this quality. Based results study, between was 0.437, 31.9%, 22.3%, influence selling together 43.7% while remaining 56.3% influenced other factors that are not included study. From it can be seen affect
